Jeff Binion has been hired as the general manager for S&T.He was employed with the Ga Departmert of Corrections for 34 years, with experience as the Chief Probation Officer for the Coweta Judicial Circuit . This is a five county area headquartered at Newnan with three sub offices. He retired  from GDC in 2006 . He has had extensive experience with office/personnel management, agency services,court functions,judicial contacts and budgets. One area of assignment given to Jeff  regularily during his career with DOC was management statewide of adult probation officers during special tactical operations .This included major security events impacting public safety on a large scale such as  during the Olympics, G8 conference and other events.

 Jeff has had the pleasure of knowing S&T owner Molllie Trammell for many years begining with her service as a Coweta county juvenile probation officer . They also worked parttime together on a school system teaching team for youth with behavior problems identified at school.

He graduated from West Georgia College in Carrollton and is married to Kathleen. They live in Newnan and they have two sons, Andy and Brad plus grandchildren.
